<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water/hot water mixing faucet which accurately adjusts a temperature in a high-temperature water tapping area, prevents hunting at early timing, and facilitates assembly work of a bias spring at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The water/hot water mixing faucet is provided with: a movable valve element 22; a hot water flow-in chamber S; a water/hot water mixing chamber R; a temperature-sensitive spring 27 comprising a shape memory material arranged in the water/hot water mixing chamber side so as to energize the movable valve element 22 to a direction close to a hot water side valve seat 26; a bias spring 32 arranged in the hot water flow-in chamber side so as to energize the movable valve element 22 to the direction close to a water side valve seat 31 by energizing force acted to a direction opposite from the energizing force of the temperature-sensitive spring 27 and determining a position of the movable valve element 22 by balance with the energizing force of the temperature-sensitive spring 27; and a temperature adjusting handle 3 disposed on an end of a faucet body 1 and moving the movable valve element 22 through the bias spring 32 in order to adjust a set temperature of water and hot water mixed water.
