PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating formation device capable of maintaining the mixing ratio between a coating formation material and a coating formation medium constant. SOLUTION: In this coating formation device, a color image of a mixture 1 of a resin material 5 which is the coating formation material and the coating formation medium is imaged by a color CCD camera 11, and the number of pixels having approximately the same color as a reference color among the plurality of pixels constituting the imaged color image is detected, and a replenishment part 6 is controlled, based on the detection result, and the resin material 5 is replenished into the mixture 1.
