PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine casing, a device and a method for fastening a bolt for the turbine casing by which a bolt-fastening work can be reliably performed in the case of fastening together the upper-half flange and the lower-half flange with a bolt. SOLUTION: By the device for fastening a bolt for a turbine casing, flanges 1, 2 of a pair of turbine casings having bolt-holes 1a, 2a made oppositely to each other are fastened together with bolts 3, 3a, 3b passed through the bolt holes 1a, 2a, and nuts 5a, 5b. The bolt-fastening device comprises an adapter 10 which is made up of a steel product harder than that of the bolts 3, 3a, 3b, and is removably fastened to the bolts 3, 3a, 3b, and a hydraulic part 12 which extends the bolts 3, 3a, 3b provided with the adapter 10.
