The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate having a first region, and a second region surrounding the first region; a thin film transistor arranged on the substrate; a planarization layer arranged on the first region, and formed on the thin film transistor; an organic light emitting device arranged on the planarization layer; and a foreign material compensation layer arranged over the first region and the second region, and formed on the organic light emitting device, wherein the thickness of the substrate in the first region is thicker than the thickness of the substrate in the second region. Since the thickness of the substrate in the second region is thinner than the thickness of the substrate in the first region, the foreign material compensation layer is formed to be planarized, and an edge top phenomenon can be reduced. |
