PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device capable of certainly preventing backlash between a lock lever bracket and a lock lever and a seat track device furnished with it. SOLUTION: This lock lever bracket is constituted so that a first bearing hole part is formed on one of a pair of supporting parts facing against each other and a first hollow shaft part is formed on the other to be projected outward coaxially, the lock lever is constituted so that a second hollow shaft part is formed on one of a pair of supported parts facing against each other to be projected outward and a second bearing hole part is formed on the other coaxially, it is supported free to revolve against the lock lever bracket by fitting the second hollow shaft part in the first bearing hole part and fitting the first hollow shaft part in the second bearing hole part, and a projected part from the second bearing hole part or the first bearing hole part is applied with caulking work concerning one of the first hollow shaft part and the second hollow shaft part.
