Throttle device has valve unit (30) with through hole (48). The valve unit is arranged between the two stop units (36,44) in movable manner in the bore hole (46) of the discharge to slave cylinder unit. The valve unit has other through hole (40) transverses to the flow direction. The master slave unit, depending on the switching operation, is connected with the face plate in the passage (52) of the inlet.
