Provided are a lithium secondary battery to allow a battery to be mounted easily to an electric/electronic device, and an electric/electronic device using the lithium secondary battery. The lithium secondary battery comprises a bare cell(200) which comprises an electrode assembly, a can comprising a long wall and a short wall for accommodating the electrode assembly, and a cap assembly for sealing the upper aperture of the can; and a protection circuit part which is formed at the upper part of the bare cell for controlling the charge/discharge of the bare cell, wherein a sliding unit(216) comprising a projection part(216a, 216b) is formed at the short wall. |
