<p>HLA-DR-specific monoclonal antibodies are provided that are capable of inducing apoptosis in HLA-DR-expressing tumor cells. Certain exemplary HLA-DR-specific antibodies exhibit reduced levels of immunosuppressive activity. Antibodies of the present invention will find use in diagnostic methods as well as in compositions and methods for the treatment of cancers associated with HLA-DR expressing tumor cells.</p> |
