PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide laminate being excellent in gas barrier properties and easy to dispose of by incineration and not undergoing delamination due to the break of an anchor coat layer by contents. SOLUTION: The polyamide laminate is a laminate prepared by sequentially laminating an anchor coat layer (2), a vapor-deposited film layer (3) comprising an inorganic oxide, and a gas barrier coating film layer (4) comprising both a water-soluble polymer and at least one metal alkoxide and/or a hydrolyzate thereof on at least either of the surfaces of a base layer (1) comprising a transparent oriented polyamide film, wherein the anchor coat layer (2) comprises a phenolcarboxylic acid and at least one silane coupling agent.
