摘要 PURPOSE:To easily obtain an accurate measured value by finding the temperature of an object of measurement from the ratio of a detection signal by the projection by light sources at plural angles upon a position normal to the measurement position of the object of measurement and a detection signal in the absence of the projection signals. CONSTITUTION:A light source 21 projects light upon the normal l to the measurement position P of the object 1 of measurement at an angle theta1 and a light source 22 projects light at an angle theta2; and a detector 3 performs photodetection at an angle theta0. The light sources 21 and 22 are controlled to turn on and off by turning on and off a power source E through switch devices S1 and S2. When there is light from neither of the light sources 21 and 22, light from a light source 2 is photodetected by the detector 3. Therefore, the temperature of the object of measurement is corrected and found from the ratio of the detection signal based upon projection signals from the light sources 21 and 22 and the detection signal in the absence of the projection signals from both light sources.
