PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser heat transfer device and a laser heat transfer method applying a process of laminating a donor film and an acceptance substrate with the use of magnetic force, as well as an organic light-emitting element using the same. SOLUTION: The laser heat transfer device is provided with a base plate stage having an accept base plate 14 having a first magnet, on which pixel definition area of an organic light-emitting elements are formed, and a donor film 200 equipped with light-emitting layers transferred to the pixel definition area conveyed in turn to be laminated; a laser oscillator irradiating laser on the donor film; a close contact frame 130 arranged between a laser oscillator irradiating laser beam on the donor film and the donor film, equipped with opening parts 312 of a pattern corresponding to a light-emitting layer 310 to which the donor film is transcribed and a second magnet forming magnetic force with the accept base plate 300; and an adherent frame moving means 140 for moving the adherent frame in a direction of the substrate stage.
