PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classifier using wind power efficiently classifying an object to be classified using the wind power, which is the mixture of combustible matter and noncombustible matter with different specific gravity. SOLUTION: The classifier is provided with: a cylindrical classifying part 7 rotated at a given speed is provided; a plurality of raking-up plates 16 raking up the object M to be classified from a lower part toward an upper part by rotating the classifying part 7 in an axial direction in the classifying part 7; a suction pipe 18 sucking lightweight matter ML in the object M; and an impingement plate 17 which is provided above the suction pipe 18 and makes the object M raked up by the raking-up plates 16 impinge thereto when dropping. A suction port 22 sucking lightweight matter ML in the object M into the suction pipe 18 is formed between the impingement plate 17 and suction pipe 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
