<p>Disclosed is a CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) type image sensor, specifically a color CMOS image sensor to achieve an image which has colors nearly as same as the real natural colors by forming a unit pixel with three PMOSs for receiving each red, green, blue light and generating electric signals and one NMOS for outputting the signals from said three PMOSs. The unit pixel of a color CMOS image sensor according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: in the CMOS unit pixel formed on a P type semiconductor substrate, an N type doped well; a first, a second and a third PMOSs which generate electric signals by receiving each light within the wavelength developing red, green and blue, respectively; and an NMOS which outputs the signals from the first, second and third PMOSs.</p> |
