PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool electric equipment mounted on a rear part of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including a step (S300) for operating a battery-cooled fan motor when the battery temperature TH (BA) is higher than the cooling-requiring temperature (YES in S200), a step (S500) for detecting the cooling air temperature TH (FL), a step (S600) for detecting the sunshine intensity SUN on a rear package tray, and a step (S800) for operating a motor as an actuator for closing a rear sun shade as a sunshine shading tool if TH (FL) > a temperature threshold and SUN > a sunshine intensity threshold (YES in S700).
