TRAIN BRAKE CONTROL DEVICE

FIELD: railway transport; safety devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains main functional control element 1 on each car of train including pneumoelectric relay with pneumatic relay 1.1 connected to working space of car brake cylinder, and change-over electric contact 1.2 diodes 1.3 and 1.4 installed on change-over contacts of relay. Output contact 1.5 is connected to control circuit 2.1, and output contact 1.6 is connected to common supply circuit (rail) 2.2. Terminals 2.3 and 2.4 of control circuits are connected to dc source. Two-color light-emitting diode 3 with resistor 4 is installed in control circuit 2.1. Use of proposed device provides monitoring of operation of brakes over entire train from locomotive cab by train crew and automatically determine possibility of setting locomotive in motion after brake release signal of train. ^ EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of brake control. ^ 1 dwg
