SOLUTION: A system, programs, and methods for service management for hotel facilities, which are featured to provide the best services to the hotel customers, have a room number input step that acquires the room number for a hotel guest and inputs it into the system when the guest arrives, a step for interlocking the hotel guest with a lodging management system that sends the acquired room number to the system and acquires the hotel guest data, and a service display step that displays the best service to fit attributes of the guest after comparing the hotel guest data with a management table for guest services.
