<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method for a protein using an electrophoretic method, capable of analyzing various proteins quickly, easily and highly sensitively. <P>SOLUTION: In this analytical method for the protein in a sample, the sample is set in an electrophoretic carrier, the sample is electrophoretically migrated using an electrophoretic buffer solution dissolved with a label compound of a formula I (R<SB>1</SB>represents an aryl group or a heteroaryl group substituted or not substituted, R<SB>2</SB>represents a heterocyclic group substituted or not substituted, and n is 1-5 of integer, in the formula), and then a complex of the protein and the label compound of the formula I is detected by spectrometric analysis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
