A pore water draining device is provided to minimize the lowering of the cross sectional area of a water conveyance channel by reinforcing the flexural strength of a core member, and to reduce a filter member from entering a water conveyance channel to the maximum. A pore water draining device comprises a core member(110) having plural water conveyance channels(112), and a filter member(120) covering the core member and filtering external materials containing pore water for making pore water flow in the water conveyance channel. The core member comprises a plate-shaped body(111), plural projections(113) formed on two sides of the plate-shaped body and forming a water conveyance channel together with the plate-shaped body, and a reinforcement unit(114) formed on the boundary between the plate-shaped body and each projection. |
