PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a user acquires required information from a notification information acquiring means on a communication system or a communication terminal, and utilizes the existent communication system to register the acquired information as occasion demands, and that information is automatically reported when it meets conditions designated by the user. SOLUTION: In a communication terminal 3, notification information desired by a user to be notified is acquired by an acquisition section 37 and when context information that is a condition of notification is simultaneously inputted from an input button 38 or the like, bookmark information is generated from two pieces of information in a bookmark information generation section 34. That bookmark information is stored in an information distribution server and when a position acquisition section 36 of the communication terminal acquires a terminal position and notifies the information distribution server about that position, the position is collated with the context information.
