<p>The device (10) includes a reservoir (16) for in use containing a fluid or flowable bonding agent (12), the reservoir (16) having entrance and exit openings (18.1 and 18.2) located at opposed sides thereof to permit a construction element (14) to be passed through the reservoir (16). The exit opening (18.2) is dimensioned to be marginally larger than the cross-sectional area of the construction element (14). In the embodiment shown, bonding agent (12) is applied to two surfaces (20.1) and (20.2) of the construction element (14) exposed to the bonding agent (12) as the element (14) passes through the reservoir (16).</p> |
