PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-slipping resin coated film improved in durability and anti-slipping property, being coated and laminated on the outer face of an article for which anti-slipping property is required. SOLUTION: The anti-slipping resin coated film is composed by laminating a coating layer 13 made of the anti-slipping resin on a surface of a substrate layer 12 the surface of which is composed of fiber 11 with single fiber fineness of≤50 dtex. The fibers on the surface of the substrate layer coated with the film 14 of the anti-slipping resin are uplifted on the surface of the coated film, the coated layer 13 is made thin so as to be a concavo-convex shape corresponding to the concavo-convex shape on the surface of the substrate layer 12 made by the fiber 11 to be exposed from the surface of the coated layer 13. Bubbles 15 made by bubbling the anti-slipping resin are formed on the coated layer 13. Scars 16 made by that bubbles 15 of the anti-slipping resin are burst, are made exposed to the surface of the coated layer 13. A skin layer made of the anti-slipping resin is not formed on the surface of the film 14 of the anti-slipping resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
