PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool a main body by outside air while setting an inverter/converter in an engine room. SOLUTION: An internal air cooling device A to discharge air out of the engine room from an air discharge port 39 after taking it into the inside of a casing 38 and circulating it in it by arranging the inverter/converter 19 which is one of hybrid apparatuses in the engine room by constituting it of the main body 36 and the casing 37 covering this main body 36 and providing an air intake port 38 and an air discharge port 39 furnished with fans 40, 41 on the casing 37.
