PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus using a hinge device with a main body part as a first member 1 or a second member 2, and an opening/closing part as a second member or a first member, which rotatably engages the main body part and the opening/closing part by the hinge device. SOLUTION: The hinge device is structured to be rotatable from a state of the second member 2 overlapped on the surface of the first member 1 to a state of the second member 2 overlapped on the back face of the first member 1 by structuring the first member 1 relatively rotatable with a first rotary shaft part 4 as the axis with respect to a hinge base body 3, and the second member 2 relatively rotatable with the second rotary shaft part 5 as the axis with respect to the hinge base body 3, and by rotating the second member 2 with respect to the first member 1 with two parallel shafts of the first rotary shaft part 4 and the second rotary shaft part 5 as the axis via the hinge base body 3.
