摘要 A failure mode, effect and criticality analyzing apparatus using a minimum cut set and a fuzzy expert system and a method thereof are provided to guaranteeing objectivity in evaluating criticality. A criticality evaluating unit(120) evaluates criticality due to malfunction of each facility based on a failure rate of each facility comprising an analysis object system. A priority determining unit(130) makes criticality and severity evaluated about each facility comprising the minimum cut set fuzzy by a membership function. The priority determining unit determines priority of maintenance about each facility based on the criticality and severity.
