The invention relates to safety in mining, in particular to suppression of dust formation with production combines. Sprinkler unit has in its set water-distribution pipe and centrifugal fine-drop nozzles. Those are installed on beam of combine behind the cutter crowns in arc in sector 25-35 DEGREE at distance (0.7-0.9) diameter from axis of crowns and at angle 15-30 DEGREE to beam plane. Sprinkling and distribution of water in cutting zone provides cooling of cutting crowns and cutting grooves, decrease of air penetration to cutting zone. At that explosive danger is decreased, reliability and economy of combine operation are increased.
