The method for the restoration of the partially damaged polifascicular nerve trunks of the forearm provides for the free interfascicular plastics using several grafts. The microsurgical technique is used. The undamaged fascicles are placed around the fascicles sewed by lateral suture technique. Perineurium neurorrhaphy is performed. The edges of the wound are fixed by atraumatic suture material (Nylon 4/0), and the aseptic bandage with the plaster splint is applied.
