An automatic opening and closing umbrella with single canopy comprises a telescopically shortened holding rod with a tip, a handle is fastened at the lower end of the rod, on the opposite end a system of radial lever-tension spokes for canopy tension. Also there are the first release device for opening and the second release device for closing and releasing button in the umbrella handle, on the rod a pusher movable along the rod on a guideline, in the rod the first and second spring drives and wire tension linkage.
