A method for producing ground wheat biscuits for infant food includes mixing components provided by formulation, doughing, dough handling, proofing, baking, cooling, cutting on slices and drying. After drying slices are milled to size of 185-530 ?m and are mixed with vitamine-mineral premix in ratio ground wheat biscuits : vitamine-mineral premix which is equal 98:2. The components are taken in following ratio, kg per 100 kg of flour: wheat flour -100, apple and/or pumpkin puree - 10-10.8, sugar - 6-6.25, butter - 4-4.16, fatless milk - 3-3.4, soy milk - 2-2.7, eggs - 2-2.2, pressed bakery yeast - 2-2.2, water - 8-8.2. |
