PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of a plug-and-play function for automatically setting initial setting information to a terminal only by connecting the terminal to a network except a first terminal. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of terminals is mounted with a function of transmitting the initial setting information required for participating in an application system to a terminal, when the terminal newly connected to the network requests transmission of the initial setting information.
