<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell and a fuel battery capable of reducing a resistance between a power generation part and an interconnecter. <P>SOLUTION: A power generator 36 in which a solid electrolyte 33c is sandwiched with electrodes 33b and 33d is provided on a porous supporting body 33a in which gas flows. An interconnecter 33e is provided on the porous supporting body 33a at the position facing the power generator 36 to constitute a fuel battery cell 33.
