PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electric machine capable of enhancing cooling performance.

SOLUTION: This rotating electric machine is composed of: a rotor shaft 1; an adhesive sheet 101 in contact with an outer-periphery surface 111 of the rotor shaft 1; and a rotor core 2 fitted to the outer peripheral surface 111 side of the rotor shaft 1 and in contact with the adhesive sheet 101. The adhesive sheet 101 includes adhesive agent and a foaming component.
