PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag having a function capable of allowing to be self-standing in a space as small as possible after taking out the content filled therein, and temporarily storing the content. SOLUTION: The packaging bag comprises a laminate material having at least a base material layer and a sealant layer. A non-seal ridge is provided on one side of a bag body, a side seal part is provided on both sides, and a bottom seal part having a recess in a center of an outer or inner side edge is provided on the ridge opposite to the non-seal ridge. In addition, a hooking part for hooking both sides of the bag in a folded state via the recess for temporary stop is provided on a peripheral edge on the non-seal ridge side of the side seal parts on both sides. Alternatively, a folding part for returning the non-seal ridge and easily sealing it is provided on a peripheral edge between the non-seal ridge of the side seal parts on both sides and the hooking part.
