PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a vehicular floor spacer having a cushioning sheet which has high finishing precision and high working efficiency regardless of the shape of a foaming molded article in the method for manufacturing the vehicular floor spacer by pasting the cushioning sheet having sound absorptivity and/or sound insulativeness at least on the bottom surface and side surfaces of the foaming molded article. SOLUTION: The cushioning sheet 2 of a shape for which the bottom surface and the side surfaces of the foaming molded article 1 are developed into a plane surface is prepared. An adhesive 3 is applied on one surface of the cushioning sheet in advance, and the bottom surface of the foaming molded article 1 is press-bonded to a specified part of the adhesive applied surface of the cushioning sheet, and an intermediate product is formed. By inserting the intermediate product in a molding die 4 having an internal surface shape along the bottom surface and the side surfaces of the vehicular floor spacer, the developed sections corresponding to the side surfaces of the cushioning sheet are press-bonded to the side surfaces of the foaming molded article, and by pulling out the intermediate product from the molding die, the floor spacer is manufactured by this method.
