PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably separate a second layer body from a laminated body by a simple structure and in a simple process, without generating tension fluctuation in the laminated body. SOLUTION: This separating device 44 is provided with a suction drum 62 sucking and carrying a photosensitive web 22 and with a separation roller 64 linearly contacting to the outer peripheral face of the suction drum 62 while sandwiching the photosensitive web 22, and partially separating a protection film 30 from the photosensitive web 22. A roll interval h between the suction drum 62 and the separation roller 64 is set to have approximately the same dimension as the thickness t of the photosensitive web 22, and is constituted so as not to create a clearance between the suction drum 62 and the separation roller 64.
