PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a diaphragm function capable of adjusting brightness and depth of field without spoiling the merit of a fixed focus camera device provided in a cellular phone such as compactness, inexpensiveness and shock resistance. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal diaphragm 24 is provided between a front lens 22 and a rear lens 23 of an optical system 20 provided in the preceding stage of an imaging device 21 in a camera part 8 being the fixed focus camera device provided in the cellular phone. The liquid crystal diaphragm part 24 has first to fourth liquid crystal diaphragm area parts 31 to 34 divided like concentric circles with the optical axis of imaging light as center, and the on-controlled liquid crystal diaphragm area part transmits the imaging light, and the off-controlled liquid crystal diaphragm area part intercepts the imaging light. By on/off-controlling the second to the fourth liquid crystal diaphragm area parts 32 to 34 in accordance with the luminance level of an imaging signal from the imaging device 21, the quantity and the incident range of the imaging light made incident on the imaging device 21 are adjusted, and the brightness and the depth of field are adjusted.
