PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked heat exchanger for an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing the stagnation of a low-temperature fluid flowing around an emboss. SOLUTION: The stacked heat exchangers 110, 120 are structured by having a plurality of stacked plates, and has a high-temperature fluid passage 11 in which a high-temperature fluid supplied from the internal combustion engine flows, and a low-temperature fluid passage 12 in which the low-temperature fluid flows for heat exchanging with the high-temperature fluid, which are arranged to be stacked in turn. Upper and lower plates forming the low-temperature fluid passage 12 are embossed. Outer wall faces of the embosses 10, 20 are extended toward the substantially downstream side in the longitudinal direction and have tips 10c, 20c formed thereon that gradually converge.
