<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer suspension, and a method of manufacturing the same for providing a high-conductivity conductive polymer material; and to provide, in particular, a low-ESR solid electrolytic capacitor, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This conductive polymer suspension is manufactured by chemically oxidizing and polymerizing a monomer for providing a conductive polymer by using an oxidizer in an aqueous solvent containing a dopant comprising a low-molecular organic acid or its salt, or a polyacid having a weight-average molecular weight <2,000 or its acid. Alternatively, a monomer for providing a conductive polymer is chemically oxidized and polymerized by using an oxidizer in a solvent containing a dopant comprising the low-molecular organic acid or its salt to synthesize a conductive polymer, the conductive polymer is refined, and the refined conductive polymer is mixed with an oxidizer in an aqueous solvent containing an acid component comprising a low-molecule organic acid or its salt, or a polyacid having a weight-average molecular weight <2,000 or its acid, whereby the conductive polymer suspension is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
