The present invention relates to a pre-hardening device capable of quickly and accurately pre-hardening a rectangular dam line for defining a boundary area on which ultraviolet ray-hardening resin is applied on the surface of a glass substrate. The pre-hardening device includes: a substrate holding jig which fixes a glass substrate on which ultraviolet ray-hardening resin is applied in a rectangular line; a jig rotating unit which is installed in and combined to the lower part of the substrate holding jig and rotates the substrate holding jig; an ultraviolet ray radiation unit which radiates linear ultraviolet rays on the ultraviolet ray-hardening resin applied on the glass substrate; a radiation unit moving unit which moves the ultraviolet ray radiation unit in the up-down and the front-back direction; and a control unit which controls the jig rotating unit, the ultraviolet ray radiation unit, and the radiation unit moving unit to radiate ultraviolet rays on the whole area of the rectangular ultraviolet ray-hardening resin applied on the glass substrate. |
