PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter that prevents the intermittence of a PWM signal at a light load, and that prevents the generation of noise from a transformer. SOLUTION: This DC/DC converter comprises: the transformer 2 having a primary winding 2a and a secondary winding 2b; a semiconductor switching element 17 connected to the primary winding 2a; and a control means that controls on/off-periods of the switching element 17 so as to make the output voltage V<SB>O</SB>agree with a set value V<SB>REF</SB>, and also feeds the DC voltage coincident with the set value to a load 5 by turning on/off the switching element 17. The control means comprises an output voltage detection adjustment circuit 6 that outputs the output voltage V<SB>O</SB>and a command value V<SB>C</SB>that corresponds to the set value V<SB>REF</SB>; a comparator 15 that creates the PWM signal V<SB>M</SB>; and a triangular wave generation means 7. The triangular wave generation means 7 can adjust the inclination of a triangular wave V<SB>T</SB>, according to the increase and the decrease of the command value V<SB>C</SB>.
