A personal exercise device comprising a pair of gloves with an adhering means disposed on the palm, and a pair of spheres comprising two hemispheres which may be separated. One hemisphere contains an adhering means to attach to the gloves, and the corresponding hemisphere contains an anti-slip surface coating to prevent the device from slipping laterally on a floor surface. In a preferred embodiment, the hemispheres are separable, and the glove adhering means allows a user to adhere the glove to the adhering means that holds the hemispheres together to allow two hemispheres to be used in place of two spheres. |
