PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slipper for training the anterior tibial muscle in daily movement based on findings of a research that a cause of easy tumbling of the elderly and the sickly weak who toddle or shuffle is the weakness of the anterior tibial muscle, or the muscle of the leg shank.
