An integrated mirror device for a vehicle, which comprises an out-vehicle mirror disposed on the outside of a cabin and an in-vehicle mirror disposed inside a cabin at a position in proximity to the out-vehicle mirror so that a rear view from the vehicle can be provided in cooperation with the out-vehicle mirror, and which is supported on a vehicle body including doors. A mirror holder (46) for holding the out-vehicle mirror (27R) and the in-vehicle mirror (28R) is swingably pivoted on a mirror support means (38) fitted to the vehicle body to change the angle of reflection of these both mirrors (27R, 28R) to the driver of the vehicle. The angles of reflection of the out-vehicle mirror (27R) and the in-vehicle mirror (28R) are changed by a remote drive means for swingingly driving the mirror holder (46) by remote control. As a result, the angles of reflection of the out-vehicle mirror and the in-vehicle mirror can be remotely controlled.
