PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that although an air conditioner is provided on an aircraft, a passenger vessel, an automobile or the like, it is impossible that the air conditioner is provided on a relatively small sized vehicle in which a cabin cannot be partitioned from an outside field, i.e., a motorcycle, a bicycle, a motor boat or the like. SOLUTION: In the relatively light weight and small sized vehicle in which a driver cannot be completely partitioned from the outside field (outside) such as the motorcycle, the bicycle and the motor boat, totally two or more suction/discharge ports comprising one or more suction ports 2 and one or more discharge ports 3 are provided on a helmet-like article 1 surrounding a head part. Cooled air is taken-in/discharged from the air conditioner 4 to the suction/discharge ports by air ducts 5.
