PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a cost and decrease an area for installation in an apparatus for manufacturing a wood-like molded article which manufactures the wood-like molded article composed of a woody material such as a brushwood in forest and an architectural waste, and a resin. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the wood-like molded article which manufactures the wood-like molded article composed of the woody material such as the brushwood in forest and the architectural waste, and the resin comprises: a drying means 2 for drying the woody material; a first grinding means 3 for coarsely grinding the dried woody material to obtain a woody coarse powder; a molding plant 5 for molding the wood-like molded article after mixing a woody fine powder prepared by pulverizing a part of the woody coarse powder and the resin and melting the mixture; and a power generation plant 6 wherein the power generation plant generates electric power using a remaining part of the woody coarse powder.
