Provided is a cell or virus lysing apparatus using portable and small-sized laser and magnetic beads to utilize the cytotoxic technique using a cheap laser diode and rapidly and efficiently destruct cell or virus by vibrating the cell or virus using laser together with magnetic beads. The apparatus for lysing cells or viruses(100) comprises a cell lysis chip(120) where a sample inlet is formed to receive a sample and magnetic beads, a vibration portion(130) which fixes the chip to apply the vibration force thereto in a predetermined direction, a laser generating portion(140) which supplies laser to the chip and includes a laser diode(141), a heat sink(142) absorbing heat generated by the operation of the laser and dispersing the heat, a thermo-sensor(143), a controlling portion(150) which controls the operation of the vibration portion and laser generating portion, a cooling fan(160) installed at one side of the laser generation portion, a driving power source(170) mounted on the lower end of the vibration portion, a switch which is equipped at the upper side portion of a main body(110), and an LED lamp which is mounted on the front side portion thereof to display the driving state. |
