PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted antenna fixing apparatus to position and fix the vehicle-mounted antenna 10 even though a fixing hole 32 having two sides opposing at a longer space than an outer diameter of a fixing screw 16 is settled into a vehicle body 20. SOLUTION: A pair of controlling portions 40a and 40a of a positioning member 40 are displaced to an antenna base 12 in such a state movable to upper and lower directions and are arranged in such a state biased to the lower direction. A length between both end portions of the controlling portions 40a and 40a is set so as to be the same as or a little shorter than the space which is longer than the outer diameter of the fixing screw 16 of the fixing hole 32. When a nut 24 is screwed and fastened to the fixing screw 16 by inserting and communicating the fixing screw 16 and the controlling portions 40a and 40a into the fixing hole 32, the controlling portions 40a and 40a are displaced to the upper direction. Each of both end portions of a pair of controlling portions 40a and 40a touches the two sides opposing at a longer space than the outer diameter of the fixing screw 16 of the fixing hole 32 each, and the vehicle-mounted antenna 10 is positioned to a direction opposing to the fixing hole 32 at a long space.
