<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-axis actuator excellent in responsiveness by efficiently using driving force generated at a magnetic driving part, and to provide a holography device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The two-axis actuator comprises: a movable shaft 22b supporting a control object; a support mechanism 30 which supports the movable shaft 22b in a freely swingable manner with respect to a reference axis when defining a 3rd axis (Z-axis passing through the support center O) as the reference axis perpendicular to a 1st axis (P1-P2) and a 2nd axis (virtual axis Q-Q) which orthogonally crosses each other; and a magnetic driving mechanism 40 which has a magnetic circuit constituted of at least a magnet M and coils 42A, 42B, 42C, 42D, and which tilts the movable shaft 22b from an attitude aligned with the reference axis to an inclined attitude. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
