PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling bag which can form a pouring opening without guiding severing in the direction other than a scheduled cutting line, can smoothly take out a content to the end, and has good productivity. SOLUTION: In the bag for refilling for sealing and storing the content in a bag body formed by sticking flexible laminated resin films, a nozzle-like pouring opening forming part equipped with the scheduled cutting line is provided on a part of the bag body, and at least one half-cutting line extending from a position which is close to the scheduled cutting line on the pouring opening forming part but is not brought into contact with it to the central part direction of the bag body, is provided to form the refilling bag.
