Disclosed are a method for fabricating a resin microchannel array suitable for health care, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, and a blood measuring method. Specifically disclosed is a method for fabricating a resin microchannel array wherein a space formed by the recesses and grooves is provided as a channel at a joint or press contact portion of a first substrate, wherein a plurality of recesses each having an inlet at at least one end and a plurality of recesses each having an outlet at at least the other end are arranged and microgrooves interconnecting the recesses are formed in wall portions sectioning the recesses, and a second substrate, and the width and depth of the grooves are respectively in the range of 1-50 µm, and the ratio of the width and depth of the channel is in the range of 1:10-10:1. A structure (20) having a pattern corresponding to the recesses and/or grooves is produced by etching a substrate (1) and a first substrate is formed based on the structure (20).
