摘要 FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has rectangular prism for blocking proximal fragments. The prism has square cross-section with rounded edges, transitive conic part, and segment of smaller cross-section for blocking distal fragments. Five openings are available in a prism, beginning from end face, for receiving blocking screws and coaxial opening for receiving guide member. The axis of the third opening from an end face of a prism for receiving blocking screw is arranged in a plane of symmetry of a pin with an inclination to pin axis. Axes of the fourth and fifth apertures belong to a plane arranged in perpendicular to the symmetry plane of a pin and have oval and round shape, respectively. A region of smaller cross-section area is curved and has not less, than three openings for receiving blocking screws. The region of smaller cross-section area has circular cross-section with symmetric segmental cuts and is bent at an angle to the axis in the bending plane axially displaced along the axis from boundary separating the prism and conic transition part of the pin to some distance equal to at least a half of prism length. The axis of prism opening placed close to its end face, is arranged with intersection of two mutually opposite prism sides, at an angle of 50° counter-clockwise with respect to the pin symmetry plane. Opening axis projection to the plane of symmetry is arranged at an angle not smaller than 87° to the prism axis, intersecting the prism axis at some distance far from its end face equal to or less than 0.1+0.12 lengths of the prism. The axis of the second opening beginning from the prism end face intersects two other mutually opposite prism sides clockwise at an angle of 50° relative to the symmetry plane, with opening axis projection to pin symmetry plane making an angle not greater than 94° to prism axis, intersecting the prism axis at a distance from its end face not greater than 0.16+0.18 times prism length. ^ EFFECT: high reliability of intraosseous osteosynthesis, increased rotation and fixation stability of the pin in bone; wide range of functional applications. ^ 5 cl, 10 dwg
